Over a 10 year period I created and led a team of designers and developers that built countless interactive presentations and eLearning courses. I personally did over 50 projects and helped create process and technology that are still used in the instructional design field to this day. We also pioneered usability studies and human factors design process to understand our users and develop materials that best suited their needs. Working with the U.S. military was one of the highlights of my career and I will never forget the many friends and wonderful experiences I gained.
