The new 20×20 trade show booth was a major undertaking.

Tasks included:
·    Review and select vendor (Skyline Exhibits were the selected vendor)
·     Worked with vendor to come up with an overall design and budget
·    Worked with internal team to concept and finalize designs
·    Arranged for all printing and delivery of booth and supporting materials
·    Traveled to Skyline headquarters (Saint Paul, Minnesota) to make final adjustments to design for final production
·    Designed and built demo station experience
o   Created detailed instruction set for booth workers to setup and run demos
·     Traveled to Fort Worth Texas (ASQ 2019) to setup booth for the first time and make sure everything went as intended.
 
The event was a huge success and we replicated it 4 more times throughout the year. This is still MasterControl’s flag ship event experience.
